Grove Cottage.

Our Grove Cottage project was an Airbnb rental that needed a facelift! The whole house renovation budget was less than 20k (including furniture). We love to help clients balance budgets and get the best ROI for their purpose - so it was a fun challenge. This was a modern design with rustic elements. It is in the quebec hills, on a lake so we wanted to bring that feeling in. We used lots of paint, ikea cabinet boxes with custom fronts, and materials that had a very earthy natural feel to them.
